Terry, i agree. in fact i believe the NEXT bull market will be led by value initially. it's been out of favor for so long, it's bound to be a great ride when it's time comes.

Terry a friend of mine with a first tier investment bank is also accumulating REIT's for the money he manages. I am not to optimistic event that from a FA point of view they are quite attractive.

My problem is that is the stock market cools down so will the RE market and the nice fundamentals will evaporate.
