Is USABancShares.com an internet-banking
company or internet-brokerage company or both?

If both, what % of total resource USAB will be
put into I-banking business development
and what % will be for I-brokerage business?

By clearly understand this, will help us to
evaluate the future of USAB!

E-Trade continues to finalize their deal with telebank and they will be a formidable competitor. I only wish E-trade had picked up USAB rather than telebank. I think USAB is a much better design and model. Nevertheless, I am confident that USAB will hold its own even though I wouldn't be surprised if a large OLB looked to acquire it or merge it with their existing bank structure.
