The childish side in me would love to disagree with you about taking awhile to verify. But you are more thank likely correct. On the other hand, I really cannot imagine a company getting involved in such a contract without having most of the details already worked. The release did say that got what they asked for. To me, I would expect that they had the details worked out for the points they wanted. I guess we can just wait and see. ( The strategy I am least fond of!!) Miles
