Don, i don't quite understand why Japan should fear a strong Yen - it will force corporate restructuring and that's good. what's more, it amounts to a vote of confidence and helps to deleverage the system as the Yen carry trade unwinds. of course it can't be good for U.S. equities....

Don,

All this talk about the yen getting stronger. I'll tell you what will be the biggest hit against the dollar--the EURO. I haven't heard of any plans of Euro intervention at any point and it's been in a rise recently.
