Robert, My understanding of unconditional love is to love something without any thought of receiving something back for yourself. To literally love without condition. <<, the fact remains that it has been delivered by a vessel( people )who are in a state of rebellion against a Holy God.>> Robert, you just reiterating your beliefs, saying "it must be so, because it is so." The love of a mother for a child is not conditional. to just say, "well, it is imperfect because deep down that person must have some flaws", is in itself flawed. What is flawed about loving unconditionally? Christians continually say that the greatest love possible is giving your life fro another. I have shown you how human beings do that all the time. How can a human be evil and flawed if they are capable of the greatest from of love possible? I am not saying that humans are perfect, but they carry the potential for perfection....... Mark
