Can anyone tell me how many shares of GBLX are outstanding after the FRO deal? Also, were shares issued in the Global Marine deal?

It is being reported as 435,000,000 shares.

siliconinvestor.com

I'll give it a try. According to Value Line 7/9/99, there were 435,000,000 GBLX shares as of 4/99 and 175,000,000 shares FRO. Assuming 2:1, the deal adds 350,000,000 shares for a total of 785,000,000. 785,000,000 times $25 equals $19,625,000,000. Market cap $19.6 billion, combined GBLX and FRO 1998 sales $3 billion, price to sales 6.5x.

Thanks for your help.
