Isn't this argument inconsistent with your argument that the United States should support maintaining the status quo of national boundaries? In the instances you cite, Nazi Germany, Inquisition, and Rwanda, majority populations butchered minority populations, who had nowhere else to go.

Yes, and it was also blind loyalty by the armies of the world and especially America's that ended the nightmare known as Hitler. You're looking at only one side of the same coin.
