The current share count has been posted on 9-29 at 150,548,751. It went up about 13m as possibly the last conversions took place from the first PP. It should move as the new PP and options are put into play. If there is a small amount of the old PP yet to convert, it will add some too. There should be enough funding to carry the company so the share count may be able to settle out with whatever impact remains from what we know and the company begins normal operations.

I think the subject was run hard enough before that now the emphasis has been placed on the execution and progress of existing deals and the optimism toward placing new deals and personnel that will add to the revenues.

The hope is the company will succeed to the level that any need for further shares will be made at a much higher price and success level that noone will be overly concerned due to the low number of shares needed at that point.

Your question:<<...and more importantly, how will they avoid increasing the number of shares in the future?>> Patently obvious answer: make money.
