Gator, that is very strange. How can a civil case be involved with a court hearing surrounding a criminal case? Levy's lawyer must be presenting as a witness against Starnet filing for legal claim to at least some of the money in the bank accounts. I don't see how a judge would allow that to happen. Brian

Have you completely lost your marbles, Gator? Now you're calling Judges crooked too? I haven't read the board in a while, so it's funny to check back in and see what you've been reduced to. First it's a competitor's attempt to bring down Starnet, then the entire police force is crooked, and now the entire justice system. All to bring down this perfectly innocent company. LOL.

Since you asked my opinion - it remains unchanged. I am not particularly concerned about what's going on which appears politically motivated more than civil or criminally based. Starnet's (Godzilla) opinion of all of this is "tempest in a teapot". And, I have to agree with that assessment. The judges decision to allow more time for Claude Levy's attorney (Bambi) to prepare a case sounds like normal procedure and is common here in the US. For what it's worth Starnet (Godzilla) has a very strong defense and material witnesses on their side, which you would have to see to believe! Too bad though the case wasn't brought to the Delaware court system where Starnet (Godzilla) is chartered. We always enjoy a three ring circus around here once in a while.<g>
