Breakdown on the numbers...

The audited financial results showed the Company achieved approximately 1.4 million in net revenues for its first full year of operations and produced a net loss of approximately 3.0 million. Gunn reported that the Fiscal 2000 first quarter ended June 30, 1999, would likely show net revenues approximating those realized during the entire twelve months of fiscal 1999. Gunn continued, "We are pleased with the continued substantial growth in the first quarter of fiscal 2000, but like most of our Internet peers, our net losses will likely continue for the foreseeable future as we make the investments in personnel and systems necessary to manage our rapid growth.

So they lost 3 million$ , but had revs of $1 million . . not bad compared to most..You should put the revs/loss in your report!

Basically, their $$$ honey is the bullsession.com as far as subscribers... and it has less than 4000 subscribers..how much is bullsession.com/month? Margins should be high.

So, they get 136 million page views off of 660,000 members . . per month.

But still only $1.4 million in revenues? . .

FG, what do you see that will get them producing some real revenues. I do'nt see this thing worth even what it is now with only $1.4 million in revenues...and a growth rate of 20% . . that isn't growth in comparsion to some Inet sites..

PROVE WHY THE DESERVE A LARGER MARKET CAP!

FM

P.S. What do you see them doing with the $3 million? Acqiring? Expanding? Advertising?
