Bob -- With Henry B. and others, I sometimes wonder if they are 'instructed' behind closed doors on what they can, should, will or must say in public. What is the motivation? I am left with the impression that his employer wants him to go public in a loud and clear manner so they can avoid being sucked down with the inet ship when the sector goes seriously underwater. What he said on Friday comes close to calling on investors to abandon ship. How 'independent' and how 'corporate' are these guys?

So where is Mary in all this?

Was she in Colorado too, or was she back in Manhattan, being held tied-up to a chair in a walk-in freezer by the internet ceo's, with an old sock stuffed in her mouth ?

He missed the current run-up adn we are entering the better prt of the year for internet stocks. What better way to redeem himself by talking the prices down on a spike and picking them up on his "buy" rating.
