BYND better than COOL...

COOL is just another generic e-tailer among many low margin competitors. I won't bore you with the list.

But BYND is one of few e-commerce software distributors. Does anybody else come to mind (not including DRIV)?

RepnikK, I've been busy hence late reply - These outfits will all have to be inventive to differentiate themselves. They will have to find ways to add value and build brand recognition. I think customer service will become paramount. Do they delivery quality, on-time, merchandise? Do they respond to customer requests quickly etc. etc.? Price must be very competitive always.

COOL, INKT, INSP may all do well too!
