Phil,

Unfortunately, one of the problems with two companies working together is coordination. This is an example of what can happen. I think both companies will need to understand the importance of good communication between partners. I think the want the relationship to succeed, but I think that they are still working out the subtleties.

BTW, I wasn't trying to take credit for your good work; just trying to answer questions. That's why I worded it that way. If you'd like, I'll correct the error publicly using your alias (WryBoy) as the author. Just let me know.

You guessed it. The API we have is missing one of the order methods in the middle of the list. We are working with CyberCorp to squelch this pronto.
