Here are a handful of Nasdaq stocks that I am looking at right now. FGCI(Family Golf) has a real debt problem but is a tremendous value if they can resolve their problems.

I also think ODP(Offic Depot) and OMX(OfficeMax) are great buys as they are near 52 week lows with stock repurchase plans in place. ODP at around 10 and it is only 10 1/4 as of Friday. OMX at 5 and it isn't much higher now.

LIPO(Liposome), at around 7, if it falls that low again, and finally USAB(USABancShares) which I feel might trade as low as 6 soon(it is at 6 5/8's now). USAB should snap back soon as it is below the private placement price being done at 6 3/4's:
