I am not talking about anyone focusing intelligence forcefully- I am merely saying that I PREFER intelligence to be focused by education- and that includes (as I already said...sigh) self education. Those little fellows tinkering away to produce their innovations won't get very far if they don't build on the discoveries of the past- unless you want them starting with the brilliant re-invention of the wheel. I have no idea why you are reminding me of things that I have actually mentioned already myself (re - elitism- that is a few creative people who make the discoveries, etc etc etc And I never said a committee was necessary, or even, preferable) Since y'all are making up my arguments and positions for me- rather than reading what I actually write- why don't you just reply and then respond to your own post.
