Bruce;

I have a question for you. Does it ever seem to you that most (or at least many) Christians are so emotionally wedded to the idea of Jews as spiritual villains that they actually don't want Jews to accept Jesus as Messiah and Saviour?

If say you were satan and you hated God would it not be in your best interest to make Christ out to be a villain as to drive people (especially Jews) away from him.

Truly I think you Messianic Jews are in an unenviable situation - I'm sure most of your fellow Jews likely don't accept you and, at least based on this thread, Christians don't really want you either (of course, they can't come out and say that openly but there are plenty of ways to let people know they aren't wanted).

Yep we get it from both sides. But the difference is that Jews don't condemn us to Hell Christians do. Also I refrain from so called religious people that is not to say that GOOD religious people don't exist they do but I find the majority of them are Judgmental Bigots. I can think of a few words to say to some Christians that claim my Jewish Grandmother is going to Hell after a NAZI deems to blow her brains out. Now that's what I call insanity. This is not a black and white issue nor is this a black and white world. The Bible CLEARLY states not to Judge and this going to HELL routine just turns me off.

I hope that in your dealings with Christians in your day-to-day lives, you have different experiences.

I stay away from most of them. My friends gain my friendship based on acts not what a great Christian they are. Those that claim such I most likely run away from. Emile places more power on man than on God. One example is when he claims that Rabbis are sending Jews to Hell by what they teach. Since when does Mans power override Gods power. Gods Judgment is JUST mans Judgment is self centered.
