much a part of what drove NITE up and what has brought it back down.

We disagree. NITE went up on momentum and down for the same reason. Nite's fundamentals are hardly that much different. They are not 1/3rd less are they? Differing opinions do make a market agreed.

As for ASND, industry fundamentals definitely played a picture in what happened, even with the LU buyout. If ATM
weren't as hot as it was, LU wouldn't have bothered with the company. The merger, in other words, was
precipitated by the fundamentals.


ASND was in a different market era. We do not disagree on the fundamentals issue as much but that was a different time.
