I expect the US Dollar Index to test its lows from last October, at the very least, by the end of this year. It appears that the US Stock market wants to rally over the next couple of days. I say this because it held up quite well on Friday given the nice rise in long term interest rates. I covered my short positions on Friday. I intend to go short again later this week on strength. I'm bullish on the XAU as long as it can hold the 77 level. I wonder if Gold will be able to hold its gains this evening once the LME and COMEX begin trading. For $400 Gold to hold, we need to consolidate more before we rally. But I sure like the wild price swings these days.
