JagNotes.com and FreeRealTime.com Announce Strategic Alliance...

IRVINE, Calif., Oct 4, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- FreeRealTime.com and
JagNotes.com Sign Letter of Intent - Companies to Enter Into
Revenue-sharing and Content-sharing Agreement

FreeRealTime.com. Inc., (OTC BB:FRTI), a leading provider of online,
real-time stock market quotes and financial services, and JagNotes.com,
Inc., (OTC BB:JNOT), a leading worldwide Internet-based equities
research and financial news service, Monday jointly announced the
signing of a Letter of Intent to create a content- and revenue-sharing
alliance.

Under the terms of the co-branding and revenue-sharing agreement,
JagNotes will provide FreeRealTime.com's 700,000+ registered members
with a variety of co-branded, time-sensitive daily commentary from a
number of well known Wall Street personalities. In turn,
FreeRealTime.com will provide co-branded real-time stock quotes to
JagNotes' subscriber base of professional and individual investors.
Revenue will be generated from advertising on the co-branded pages for
FreeRealTime.com quotes and for JagNotes commentary.

Terms of the Letter of Intent also provide an opportunity for JagNotes
and FreeRealTime.com to jointly market the JagNotes subscription
service to registered members of the FreeRealTime.com community.
JagNotes subscribers pay $9.95 per month or $99.95 per year for full
access to www.JagNotes.com which features commentary on a wide range of
market topics from JagNotes' roster of veteran market watchers. This
agreement provides significant new revenue opportunities for both
parties through revenue sharing from both advertising on the co-branded
pages, as well as from revenues generated by the sale of new JagNotes
subscriptions arising from joint promotions on the FreeRealTime.com Web
site.

"We believe the addition of real time stock quotes provides a
significant decision-making advantage to our subscribers as well as
providing a vehicle to expand our subscription base," said JagNotes.com
President and CEO Gary Valinoti. "To our knowledge, this service
enhancement makes us one of the only on-line investment-oriented Web
sites offering unlimited access to real-time stock quotes and
unparalleled depth and breadth of market commentary, which all adds up
to a significant competitive advantage."

"Our goals are very much aligned with those of JagNotes.com," commented
FreeRealTime.com President and CEO, Brad Gunn. "Both companies strive
to provide the individual investor the same opportunities to access
information that has, in the past, been available only to large
institutional and brokerage firms. JagNotes has been one of the most
prominent sources for late-breaking news and expert commentary from
inside the Wall Street community for years, and we are extremely
pleased to be sharing the wisdom of their excellent team of
commentators on a free basis to our members," said Gunn. "And in
return, we are pleased to provide real time quotes to the financial
community and individual investors that depend on JagNotes as their
proven provider of decision-critical financial information. We will
continue to expand the depth of our financial services by adding
quality content to our FreeRealTime.com site that will assist our
members to quickly and intelligently identify investment
opportunities."
