Jenna & Thread: FYI News: cbs.marketwatch.com Clinical watchdog rejects Glaxo Wellcome's anti-flu drug LONDON (CBS.MW) -- A U.K. clinical watchdog has rejected Glaxo Wellcome PLC's anti-flu drug, Relenza, saying it shouldn't be prescribed on the National Health Service yet, said the Financial Times. The decision by the new National Institute for Clinical Excellence has infuriated Glaxo (GLX: news, msgs), with insiders last night predicting a "gloves off fight" that could include a judicial review of the watchdog's decision. The decision is the first big test for the institute which issues guidelines to doctors on cost-effective treatment and is seen by some as a means to ration the NHS. The final decision on whether Relenza is made available on the NHS will be down to Frank Dobson, the health secretary next week.Financial Times

COST..QlGC on 9% of the high triggered an intraday sell signal at about 77 to 77 1/2.. COST, now at 84% of daily range. ADX beautifully responsive now at 40 from 20..came from way under the +DX and -DX for classic buy signal (YHOO should have been this easy).. I'll add that chart to the other two and add them in the manual under 'trendless earnings plays finding a trend before earnings' or something like that. Now the QLGC chart has a cup and handle formation, the ADX exploded in the morning, a sell trigger was given at 77 1/2 when it blew through the upper bollinger band and started downwards.
