Unless Intel is hiding something at the Microprocessor Forum regarding architecture, it looks like
CuMine = PIII + on-die cache + small tweaks

What is unclear is the exact benchmark comparisons and given Camino/RDRAM status, looks like we will have to wait atleast until the official launch to get those numbers.

For PB: The streamlined cache interface was speculated, even in the rather conservative Microprocessor report, so is not a surprise - not by a long shot.

P.S.: Are there folks on this thread who still believe Intel has a shot at performance crown in the near future? (I am not talking about "being competitive" or some other marketing fudge here)
