I find that a very gloomy assessment indeed. Have you forgotten about the NS lawsuit? Will you become more positive if/when NYRR completes its SEC registration and becomes a reporting company?

You are right, the BS is pretty heavy on RB. I sometimes have trouble just reading everything on the stocks I follow here, much less a bunch of posts elsewhere. I go there occasionally, but..........
