strict customer service standards to AT&T's cable Internet modem service cable Net service should be regulated the same way we regulate other things going over cable lines I was hoping that the service would be a great deal better than the service provided by the regulatedCATV service! LOL It never ceases to amaze me that the government feels that they can regulate service quality in the private service, when they have proven themselves to be so bad at giving service themselves. Anyone who doubts this, ponder the idea of having the government selling food...shopping for food at the Motor Vehicle Administration....Yikes!
