Hi J Fieb,

The Tully study only looked at packet performance with cable
modems likely operating in a very clean (low noise) cable TV
setup. What we're missing is evaluation of the physical layer
RF performance in the presence of different types of ingress
noise. More difficult to do, but it would answer some questions.
