OT. There was a very interesting view on ESO's by Gene Epstein in this weeks Barron's. It claims that ESO's earnings impact is less than critics claim. See page 48

Matteo, I wonder if the October 75s, 77.50, 80 or even 85s are a good buy on Intel. I am considering adding upto the 80s. Remember the earnings come out before expiration so i hope to capitalize on any short covering leading up to earnings. There should be enough fear (of being a short) as the stock has already come down quite a bit.

I don't see any October call option opportunity in MSFT that is nearly as good as Intel's. Even Intel Novembers all the way to upto leaps are probably OK as well. That way you gain from the "expected" rally after the "expected" October lows.

I doubt you will a get much of a dip in INTEL this morning
