JLA, you know a person is pretty desperate when every other word out of their mouth is "idiot".

I sincerely hope her head doesn't swell any larger. Jeesh, talk about being full of oneself.

Truly educated people understand that every person has value, and to see the world through a paradigm of elitism is myopic at best. There is a large difference between being educated and learNED. A lot of people are learNED, few truly educated. Closing ones mind off to those without a formal education creates a real barrier to knowledge.

Not that I consider myself educated or learNED. But even if I did, I would never believe most other people are "idiots".

Michael

The logical thing to do is to point out that you are questioning not the internal consistency of her arguments, but the quality of the perceptions which feed into the arguments...excuse me, unsupported assertions and slurs would be more apt. From that perspective, pointing out the alleged defects of her point of view is quite apt....
