Good to hear that you're getting settled in at the new place. Must feel good just to know that it's yours and that you can start doing what you want with it.

Also nice to start hearing about your place. I can see the beginnings of a picture starting to form... You sitting at the round table in the kitchen... drinking coffee while reading the paper... with trees in the background... Yes... this is a good starting point...

Yes, I too am beginning to get a picture of your place. Trees are a lot harder to put in or wait for than they are to buy in place.

I don't think you should have to squander your deck and hot-tub money on some stupid education.

Just think back before they cardboard. All of those boxes would be wooden. Or you would have to use a wheelbarrow for everything; or big clay pots. Like amphorae.

Count your blessings, ya know.
