RCNC Gapped up 5 1/2 pts on merit based news, gapping from a prior serious 4 day downtrend off. The downtend may have been too steep thus it was due for some up movement even without the news. Can not tell if its a short or a buy under the circumstances. I would wait. Paul Allen's involvement means naught to me. He did the same thing with MCOM. It made MCOM go nuts, (i.e. should go long until it wears out) and after sobering up, MCOM fell right back, but it took time. Check MCOM's chart. Ocean Joe
