We can't operate a profitable business while consumed in a toe-to-toe battle with bashers and negative news reporting.

There haven't been any news reports in four weeks now, have there? The most recent that I can find was a Sept. 8 Bloomberg story.

BTW, Janice, you are right. He said nothing in this news release about the lawsuit. Didn't it allege that his biggest investor and customer is a HYIP scam artist who rips people off so that she can buy a house?
