Sorry Rene, don't know any rumors. I think those left holding are just afraid of the Pink Sheets. In fact, I don't think finishing the financials is enough. Once they are finished, they have to be submitted to the SEC for approval, and that in its self could take a while. BLHGE is not the only company fighting to stay on the OTC:BB, so I'm sure the SEC is backed up some. What is amazing is that there are close to 17M O/S, so I venture to guess some are unaware of what's going on OR are willing to stick it out. At any rate, we should know something by Friday...
