briand, Agreed on all counts. I think NT has demonstrated that the BAY acquisition was a good move.. I look for NT to do well going forward. LU and INS, you probably know more about that than I do but it just struck me as funny that LU would buy a bunch of CSCO system engineers. Yes, retraining and rehiring will be required. It'll be a challenge for LU given the number and size of acquisitions they are dealing with. Cisco and Cerent. Hey, CSCO had no choice... IMO. OG
