I agree with you, too..

It would be absurd but I guess we need to put words like
this to protect ourselves at the end of every messages:

The message contains opinions and forward looking statements that could substantially
be different from actual events.

I just don't understand though why there would be so many
law suits over the messages posted here. People should
do their own research before they invest in certain companies. They just can't rely solely on the info that
are posted in this kind of thread.

I recall a couple of cases on Prodigy a few years back where your information and notes CAN be supoenaed....Big battle...won by the courts...
