I'm in San Luis Obispo, CA, where we just finally got CDMA through GTE. I went down to the office to buy a phone of myself and one for my wife. However, their selection was less than I had hoped for.

The available phones included:

QCOM Thin Phone (black only --my wife wants a color!)- $169 with act.
The Motorola StarTAC 7760 - $199.00 with activation
LG 330W Digital CDMA Phone - $89.00 with activation
Sony Z200 Digital CDMA Phone - $39.00 with activation

As a huge QCOM stockholder, I want to buy the ThinPhone, but I've become spoiled with my current StarTAC's vibra-mode, which the Thin Phone does not have. In fact, it is the only CDMA phone in the store with it.

So, now I'm confused as to which to buy...They are really pushing the LG, which I've never heard of. The specs seem good, but I'm not sure about the quality.

As for my wife's phone, since she wants red or blue, and GTE doesn't sell that, is there somewhere online that I can order it? (Guess I'll get screwed since I'm not buying it through my carrier).

Any recommendations?
