Cheeky - But, there is a problem, hype - hype - hype - doom - doom - doom - gloom - gloom - gloom. Agreed. But the presence of hype is also not to confirm that there isn't a problem... extent of which is yet to be determined. This is a country that expects & thrives on hype... just watch Sunday football. WHERE ARE THE PROBLEMS? -----> Fixed!! I'm not quite so sure on that yet. For my money, we're going to have to get at least into 1Q00 before sounding the all clear. Personally I believe there will be a goodly number of problems, primarily affecting the back office. There's no question a lot of Y2K related work (a lot of the enchantment with SAP, Baan, etc. was Y2K driven) has happened over the past 5 years... we'll know within the next 6 months or so how thoroughly & completely that work was done. - David
