Are you referring to opinion polls conducted --and incidentally doctored-- by Washington-sponsored think tanks? I seem to remember that a lot of 'Russian' opinion-institutes are merely subsidiaries of US lobbies such as The Heritage Foundation, The Free Enterprise Institute, The Cato think tank, and the like.... Obviously, they don't get their $million subsidies to come up 'with the wrong ratings'!! In short, these Moscow-based PR agencies are cooking a Luhzkov victory.
