TVGIA just bought out by GMST For .6573 shares. . putting TVGIA value at a whopping $57.50 from where it was a few minutes ago at $41 bucks.

TVGIA is 95 percent owned by LMG.A [Liberty Media] and NWS [Newscorp] . . both of which are primarily owned by . . . ??

You guessed it. . . A.T. and T.

This tells me that there is plenty of upheaval in the T camp. . . which means we could see further such moves as they trim, taper and shape themselves into the lean mean competitive machine which will one day, IMO, become the world's leading internet company.

EDIT: Come to think of it. . . didn't several T owned companies jump several points all at once just before the bell on Friday? Illegal insiders buys. . . no doubt. . . that or brokerage/MM buys on pre-released news. . . .[nobody ever said the playing field was level]

LMG.A and LDIG I believe did. . .as did TVGIA. . . . HMMmmmmm??
