Dan - the voice quality should be the same as BT for corporate remote access and that's equivalent to a digital PCS phone. I've talked over BT many times and unless you know it to begin with you probably would never guess you're talking over it.

SInce the voice channel only has to travel between your home and the ISP you don't run into all the latency that's inherent in trying to send the call over the regular internet backbone.

In effect the voice signal is converted back to analog at the ISP and hits the regular local phone system.
