jeremy, thanks for the post about race... you know what? we are all here for the same thing.... to make money!! and we all have something to offer... whether we have been here ten weeks or ten years...

race... besides the fact they are based in texas, for which they get a few extra points... <ggg> looks like they had quite a run this am based on the news and are coming back to earth now... were up 20% earlier... but now up a 16th... and looks like volume is about 5 times normal...

appears to have real solid support at 3... if it really does what it says, it does sound fairly exciting... but i wonder if sharing the phone line like that makes your modem run slower?

interestng product, let us know what else you find out... and thanks for sharing...

kathy :)

RACE is a failing company. They launched their "Be There" product nearly three years ago and made big promises to investors, none of which they were able to keep. Their revenues have been in decline for two years, to point of invisibility. Take a good look at their S.E.C. filings.

They initially marketed this product to large corporations for "remote access' uses, claimed to be in negotiations with Fortune 500 firms, but were never able make a significant sale. The company has stayed afloat by selling round after round of convertible preferred stock. In two years the shares outstanding have risen from 6M to over 20M and they have recently asked shareholders to authorize more.

There is a Golden Parachute provision in place that rewards the management for selling the company at a price even below $4 a share.

The trading in this stock has been very shady, surrounded by rumor mongering about buyouts and big deals that never materialize, not to mention at least one confirmed pump and dump operation, in which a securities clearing house went bankrupt.

This stock has a very bad history, avoid it like the Nile River Virus.
