Zoltan,

I agree, they need to make a management decision. I'm just
wondering how long it would have to sit as dead money--I keep
thinking about SOC, even CPQ(although doubled last year, it's
right back down to square 1). Mattel is the largest toy maker
in the world, but is that enough to get it going again? It
needs good solid products, either on its own or with "Smart"
acquisitions. It's not there yet.
