PRFN / CMNT Both PRFN and CMNT look extremely similar, as in bouncing after a fall. May be the beginning of an uptrend. Both just suffered a bunch in a decline. I would look for short opportunities at the top of a run, not the bottom of a fall (and yes I do not know that it is the bottom). CIEN Looks better than the above. At least it is near the top of a run. Stuck in a trading range for the past six days. Would not expect any sudden multi-point fall, maybe a gradual decline. There must be better short candidates out there. ARTC Looks ripe for a breakout going down. Volume diminishing. Recent double top after a run with merit based news. Anybody know any particulars with this company? Any physician investors? Ocean Joe
