<Any thoughts on TVGIA as a short term but. It is at $45 and the buy out is for $55, correct?>

The buyout is each TVGIA share gets .6573 shrs of GMST... so at the moment with GMST trading $74.5, TVGIA is only worth about $49.

I consider this an OUTSTANDING buying opportunity. I am a long term holder, I coulda sold some at 85 today, after the news but I am very unwilling to part with TAX dough for a short term gain. I added some at 75+. Will add if it sees the 60's. All IMO.
If it was a good deal at 80's with a lot of litigation and uncertainty its a great deal in the 70's with a Monopoly status, no more litigation and instant TREBLING of the installed base from an advertizing point of view.

Guide's buyout price ultimately is based on GMST's price.
