WS reaction to this deal looks very, very bad. I think we need to look at the fine print before saying it's a buy here. GMST has also taken on 600M in TV Guide debt. Does anyone really have a clue as to how this deal will affect the GMST balance sheet?

My small wheelbarrow at 74 to back up the initial 81. Now I'll take Merlin's advice and see how it settles out over the next few weeks. Fun to be actively in with the little stash I had tentatively earmarked for Rambus a few weeks back.
