Good point on holding onto winners. Companies that are not even hinting at any sign of slowdown are the ones to hold as aggressive growth companies. Compare JDSU to QCOM (which i also own)and you will notice that even though QCOM has been on a roll, the management had told an analyst that company may not beat expectations of earnings in the way they did in the past.
On the other hand, JDSU CEO is saying don't leave the party until the booze runs out (or something like that--see my earlier post).
As long as the company remains very bullish, the stock should keep flying.
In addition, it is a safer alternative to playing internet stocks.
