Subscriptions for SKY PerfecTV! digital broadcast has skyrocketed to include some 73,000 new households in August alone. It also features an electronic program guide, a current program listing, a favorite channel function, genre setting and a remote control unit compatible with TV sets from 11 manufacturers. Viewers can preset their favorite channels and types of programs, and view displays of program information and a list of preprogrammed shows.
