Paul,

Re: "Seems like AMD's $1 1/16 rise got reduced some where along the way."

Paul, I just got my Dell "flyer" in the mail advertising the PIII 600B
with 512K integrated cache and 128MB of 400MHz RDRAM all for less
than 3K$. They might sell a few of these for Xmas. In fact,
I think my next "present" will be one of these with a 15" flat
panel display ... All courtesy of my AMD profits. <ggg>

Make It So,
Yousef

RE <<<Don't forget to post the CLOSING quotes !

Seems like AMD's $1 1/16 rise got reduced some where along the way.>>>

It wasn't enough that intc was higher?!! Closing quotes:

AMD closed at 17 7/8; Up 5/8

intc closed at 77; UP 2 1/16

Of course intc would not necessarily have had the higher gain if we went by percentages.....but why quibble; intc gained more, pts wise so you get your Pyrrhic victory.
