Here is something I don't get.

If Athlon 700 is based on a tweaked core or slightly different process, then what happens to lower speed grades (from the same line) like 600 and 650? Aren't these chips benefit from these changes as well thus dissipating less heat? So are we looking at two different Athlon 650? One on the older process/core and one for the new one?

Hmmm, I am puzzled.
