What I don't understand is the entire way this whole merger has gone down seems to be fraught with fraud.
Firstly with the so called ITHC insider's knowing all which they seem to have, as they gave a play by play before events actually unfolded. They had an upper hand on knowing GAAY owned nothing (well that's what it looks like to me).
Why would the SEC not investigate this strange run of events as well as what appears to be fraudulent press releases by GAAY.
Unless they made the sale(s) for free shares or cash to ITHC or QBID, there by stripping the company of value, prior to the announcements.
How can we think Gaay OWNS BINGO AS THE PRESS RELEASE WAS ASSOCIATED WITH qbid PRESS NOT gaay.
I have never been involved in these types of stocks before so I have received a quite expensive educational experience here.
