Tim, also somewhat interesting that they chose to go with the overall ASP rather than the 64Mb ASP.

The gross margin for semiconductor operations remained relatively flat at 23% in the fourth fiscal quarter. Average selling prices per megabit declined 23% in the fourth fiscal quarter as compared to the third fiscal quarter

Funny, but wasn't it last quarter's conference call when Dan Scovel from Fahnstock asked for the overall ASP % change (as the 3Q99 earnings PR only made reference to the 64Mb SDRAM) and was told that they didn't give that out?

An answer everyone knew was a total crock of sh*t since the overall ASP % change has appeared in numerous SEC filings and later appeared in the subsequent 3Q99 10-Q.

The Street analysts will give them a free pass as usual.

Go Fred Hickey! <g>

Good trading,

Tom
