Speak for yourself.... I always do! But please don't exaggerate the intelegence and insight of the boys in Kremlin! These are brainless thugs that took over the power after the fall of Communisim and all they care is how to play the IMF and remain in power. That is what they are smart at! They must accept they are a third world power and the rusted nuclear heads scares no one! As for their military, They have hard time to find boots for thr troops! they have asked Red Wing in the US for credit line for 2,000,000 pair of boots! Is this and army?
