You got it. As always it's the forward looking statement that will matter most. I feel with the rise in the price at the gas pump, along with the rise in rates by the FED and the bond market, throw in Y2K, add a little dollar discounting, they will do nothing. To tell you the truth, I rather see them raise rates now, get it all over with, then if they need to, they can always lower. For the state of the market is in now it's the prospect of a rate raise that is more damaging then an actual one. Greg
